About the Role:

The Build Project Manager is responsible for the management and support of the company’s operational delivery at a field and project level.

Key tasks:

• Own & manage the support of the project delivery team in all day to day delivery related activities to ensure success.
• Manage 3rd party supplier’s delivery, progress meetings, finances & escalations
• Own the management of field staff to include the validation and approval of company timesheets.
• Support all pricing and bid works with knowledge of industry best practice and current company policies and capabilities when required.
• Work with the SHEQs Manager/department on all matters regarding the day to day delivery of projects relating to safety of the field teams.
• Work with the technical services manager on all matters regarding the day to day delivery of projects relating to technical and quality delivery by the field teams.
• Provide support to members of the company delivery team as and when required.
• Be the main point of influence regarding the company direction on day to day field delivery matters.
• Be the main company interface on matters regarding framework agreements and contracts.
• Receive & validate all relevant instructions from the client where required.
• Provide support to other service managers when requested.
• Collate & update databases/trackers with new instructions when required.
• Check and prepare instructions to partners & suppliers.
• Issue instructions with relevant purchase order to partners, suppliers & internal teams.
• Provide support to other service managers when requested.
• Record incoming reports & issue regular outstanding reports details. Deal with all queries relating to this task.
• Manage & have regular meetings with suppliers/partners to ensure they meet delivery timescales on matters of rigging and WAH in accordance with SLA’s.
• Understand, adhere to and promote company policies and processes.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by the business

Qualifications and experience:

• Must have held a similar position previously. (E).
• Have proven experience mobile telecoms industry. (E).
• Demonstrate proven experience in the UK cellular market. (E).
• Hold a formal project management qualification. (D).
• Hold a formal H&S qualification. (D).
