Event Project Engineer

Contract: PAYE
Location: Huntingdon Sheffield

Job Description
The post holder will work with the Project Management team to support all work streams, clear all site blockers/dependencies, capture outstanding finances & plan/schedule all work accordingly & ensure all on the day reporting during the eventing week.

Key Tasks

Working with the project managers to ensure all diligence fulfilled on sites offered from Design team
Manage & chair weekly gating & go/no go meetings
Manage Project coordinators to ensure network outage, site access, specialist vehicles, TMPM etc in place in accordance to build dates
Ensure weekly schedule build/management & oversee resource requirements
Full responsibility for event week collating updates from site ensuring progress / issue capturing & reporting. Resolution of issues in a timely manner
working with relevant resources/department
Accurate input across necessary planning trackers/databases
Qualifications and Experience

Familiarity of working with complex tools and systems in respect to data accuracy
Practiced in developing reports from complex data sets
Able to recognise risks / issues, recommend solutions and be able to put solutions into action as required.
Be able to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organisation (both internal and external).
Must have strong written, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced user of MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
Experience within the mobile telecommunications sector.
